A New Sign!

The recent storm ripped off the “Not a Through Street” sign on High St.

It was mounted on the plastic pole that holds a streetlight, and it wasn’t strong enough to withstand the high winds. The sign was worn and cracked and faded, so we replaced it.

This time it was mounted on the concrete-filled post in front of the cable box. It looks good there, and is still visible from Long Street.

It’s bolted on well, and should last a long time.

This old sign blew off in the storm.
It used to be mounted on the light post.
The new sign was bolted onto the concrete filled pipe in front of the cable box.
