Time to Raise the Roof

Everyone by now has probably noticed the shape our clubhouse ceiling is in. Water stains and cracks are everywhere, and it’s due to the poor condition of the roof.

Unfortunately, nothing lasts forever, and the clubhouse roof is hitting the 30 year mark. The shingles are failing, and water is getting in and damaging the ceiling.

Our Director of Maintenance, Stan Morlet, is conducting roof inspections and gathering bids, and the Board of Directors will have to make a tough decision fairly soon on replacing the roof.

Once the roof is replaced, it’ll be time to repair all the interior damage in the clubhouse.
