So Much Work Going On!

Our park has over 4 acres of landscaping that needs to be maintained. All of it is sloped, varying from steep to very steep.

It’s no easy task keeping all of it weed free, and this year has been very challenging due to the rain. On top of all that, there are always other projects that need to be done.

Right now, the entrance to the park is being repaired and renovated. Large areas of stucco that were water damaged are being redone. Drip irrigation will be installed so that we will not have the same issue with the sprinklers damaging the stucco again.

And it’s all being done in-house, saving us thousands of dollars.

This is a testament to the hard work of John and Lorenzo, who labor day in and day out in some tough conditions. We are certainly lucky to have them both!

Every week a full dumpster of weeds goes out of the park.
Joe France volunteered to paint the front wall. The new color matches our clubhouse. It looks much better!
The old color looks drab when compared to the new color. The old lights will be upgraded too.
John and Lorenzo have been pulling out the old vegetation, including the stumps.
One of the old signs is damaged.
The years of watering have damaged the stucco on the block walls.
John has been working hard to repair all the stucco damage.
During the recent heatwaves, it was over 100 degrees in the shade.
