DESCRIPTION:Due to an error in the timely posting of the agenda\, the President has called for the meeting to occur on 4/13/24. He is holding board meetings in the board office.  \nThe 4/13/24 meeting was canceled before starting because the President chose to use the board office which is an inappropriate room for assembly and he was not willing to move to the dining room.  After complaints from concerned members and a visit from the Deputy Fire Marshall\, the meeting is rescheduled to 4/17/24 at 3:30 PM and is now being held in the dining room of the clubhouse.
