DESCRIPTION:The CC&Rs have been done for almost a year. The current board sent the CC&Rs back to the attorney to ensure that this version is compliant with any changes to state statutes that went into effect after they took office on  4/1/2024.  Mr. Fleig stated he could not guarantee that homeowners would receive copies beforehand.   \nIn the event that the “new” draft is not available\, the last version sent to homeowners in the ballot envelope (dated 11/15/2023) has been posted in the Governing Documents Tab under Member Documents off this website.   \nTown Hall meetings are informational only.  No business can be conducted.  Homeowners will have the opportunity to ask questions.
